Action alliance party in imo state says former chief of staff to the imo state government Ugwumba Uche Nwosu is the authentic governorship candidate of the party.

This is coming on the heels as LEONARD OKOLENTA had accused the party of taking his mandate of being the guber candidate of AAS.

State party chairman UCHENDU ANTHONY AHANEKWU who disclosed this to journalist at a press briefing in Owerri, said there is no iota of truth of what okolenta said about the party.

Uche Nwosu had defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Action Alliance (AA) after he lost out to Senator Hope Uzodinma.
