IMO STATE GOVERNMENT SEEKS SUPPORT OF SECURITY AGENCIES TO TACKLE CRIME IN THE STATE.

Imo State government has urged the security agencies to support state government to rid the state of kidnappers and other criminal elements.
Speaking to darling FM Special Assistant on security to the Governor,RAYMOND NKEMDIRIM said the state government is not comfortable with the kidnapping and killing of people in the state.
NKEMDIRIM urged the public to cooperate with security agencies by informing them about any suspicious movement or activities in their areas.
He also said it requires all hands on deck to put those with criminal tendencies at bay to safeguard the lives and property of residents of the state.
He said the new administration led by Governor EMEKA IHEDIOHA will not allow criminals to hijack the system and destabilize the state.
