GOVERNOR EMEKA IHEDIOHA RATES IMO STATE ASSEMBLY AS THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY

Governor EMEKA IHEDIOHA has signed three bills into law, making it a total of eleven laws signed since his inauguration as governor of the state.
Performing the function at the Sam Mbakwe Exco Chambers, IHEDIOHA thanked the 9th state assembly for been proactive and described them as the best in the country.
He noted that it is not to tax imo people but rather to minimally tax tourist coming to the state for services the state will render to them in the course of their stay.
The governor while thanking the speaker and members of the house for their commitment to duty, enjoined the people of the state to continue to show faith with the rebuild government, while he assured that despite the monumental infrastructural and institutional decay met on ground that the state is on the right track towards revival.
He urged members of the public who are still seating on the fence to key fully into the rebuild imo agenda, reiterating that the bills signed into law are geared towards improving the state and lives of its citizenry.
