EX-COMMISSIONER, IHEKWEME BEGS UZODINMA, ADMITS HE ESCALATED FABRICATED STORIES

Written by on January 28, 2025

There are indications that the controversial former commissioner of Imo State Dr Fabian Ihekweme has regretted all his public conducts, including negative publications against the Governor of Imo State Senator Hope Uzodinma, describing the  articles he wrote as false and were all fabricated by him.

In a handwriting apology letter received by DARLING FM, but dated Jan 27th, 2025, Dr Fabian Ihekweme promised to be of good behaviour and refrain from further conduct likely to cause breach of peace in the state, including unverifiable stories.

These were contained in an undertaking letter he addressed to the Commissioner of police, Imo State.

It was not clear if the apology letter guaranteed his release from the police detention in the last two months.

Several efforts made by DARLING FM to speak with Dr Fabian IHEKWEME personally or any member of his family failed.
