IMO ENTRACO TO TAKE DISCIPLINARY MEASURES ON WRONG DISOPSAL OF REFUSE.

In line with the #GoGreenStayClean environmental policy of Governor EMEKA IHEDIOHA administration, Imo State Environmental Transformation Commission (ENTRACO) has warned those in the habit of dumping refuse at locations unapproved by the government to desist henceforth to avert disciplinary action.

Residents of Owerri who reacted on this recent development expressed mixed feelings over the new charge.

Chairman of ENTRACO, ALEX EMEZIEM had disclosed an alternative means which corporate workers can dispose their refuse, while emphasizing on disciplinary actions that will be taken on offenders.

He also addressed the issue on the time contractor’s pack the refuse, adding that the fine is not negotiable.
