The Rivers State Police Command have allegedly remained silent amid serial arson on local government council secretariats on Monday.
Thugs allegedly attacked the Obio/Akpor, Ikwerre, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni, Eleme, and Emohua local government council secretariats on Monday, preventing the newly sworn in local government chairmen from assuming office.
